Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase.Orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out domestically within India 

• Metro Cities - 2-5 business days
• Rest of India - 3-8 business days

Exchanges 

If your item size is too big or small for you, we can replace it. Please notify us at hopepunkclothing@gmail.com that you would like to get a replacement within 1-2 days after shipment is delivered ( or within reasonable time) , so we can check to make sure we still have that particular item in stock. Then, we will instruct you to send the item back unworn and in new condition. You will have to incur the shipping charge back to us, but we will pay for shipping back to you. Once we receive the item, we will send you the correct size. 

If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue alternate product with ur interest or you have to wait till same product stock is back. If you have any questions, we can answer them at hopepunkclothing@gmail.com

Returns & Replacements

5 days easy returns after the shipment is delivered ; However, we do provide a new product in case of any fabric or print damage.  The customers should raise the issue and contact us within 1-2 days (or within reasonable time) .The customer needs to ship the order to our warehouse address - Trendlyst Enterprises, KK Plaza #150 4th floor Oppsite radhkrosha hospital Girinagar cirlce phase1 BSK 3rd stage Bengaluru 560085 must incur the shipping charges from you end we will ship back to you n free within 5 business days of receiving the item. Once we give instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 4-7 business days of delivery in order to get a full product replacement.
